Our standard production lead times are approximately 10 to 15 working days from Artwork approval.

We endeavour to minimise production lead time for all processes, however during periods of high demand, they may be extended.

Please contact your account manager if you require an earlier dispatch date than the current standard lead time and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Plus, our Standard shipping times are:

VIC, NSW, SA & ACT metro areas – 1 – 2 Days
QLD & TAS metro areas – 2 Days
WA & NT metro areas – 5–7 Days

New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong  – 3 – 5 days
Any areas outside of these have a possibility of extra days.
NOTE: Shipping to PO Boxes is an additional cost.
